We will be selling the “White Out” week t-shirts next week. We are looking for volunteers to help sell these t-shirts during lunch next week (this would be an event worked for those JR & SR parents that are needing volunteer hours) as well as at the basketball and soccer games.

Bears end Showcase on streak:

The tournament season came to an end Saturday and no team in the Montgomery County area closed on a higher note than Montgomery’s boys.
The Bears closed the Brenham College Showcase with a 2-1 win over perennial Class 4A power Nederland Saturday. The Bulldogs are the No. 10 preseason choice in Region III-4A. read more>>

The Montgomery High School boys soccer program’s best-ever season came to an end Tuesday night at Tomball High School with a 4-0 loss to District 40-4A rival Brenham in a sectional playoff match.

The Montgomery Bears made their first-ever journey into the playoffs one to remember.
The Bears, the fourth-place team out of 40-4A, rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit to take a 2-1 victory over the Livingston Lions at Humble’s Charles Street Stadium Tuesday night.

"This is the first time this school has ever made the playoffs in boys soccer; they have won more games than any other Montgomery teams and scored more points," said Montgomery coach David Rice, whose team is 14-9-3. "They want to keep blazing through."
